We are a small real estate investment company focused on acquiring and developing vacant land throughout Idaho.

Idaho Land Offers was founded to help offer people a quick, easy, and convenient way to sell vacant land. We found that for most people, selling vacant land (particularly in rural areas) can be much harder and take a lot longer than you’d think – and we wanted to fix that.

After we buy your land, we work to help your property realize its full potential. Typically, we’re looking to develop your property – we specialize in rural and semi-rural development and construction, and we’re constantly looking for properties that will allow us to add value that way.

I founded Idaho Land Offers as a way to pursue my passion for real estate. When I’m not working with landowners, I’m an avid fitness and nature enthusiast, and I like to spend most of my free time hiking, climbing, and enjoying the great American outdoors.
